学校简介
德拉萨大学（De La Salle-Araneta University）系统是一个天主教的大型综合大学，构成了一个全球拉大网络。作为一个世界级的知名教育机构，它的组成单位显示了多元互补的角色，在社会进步中充当了教会和民族生机活力无限的资源。他致力于通过优秀的教育、研究和小区服务来改善人们的生活质量。德拉萨大学系统由德拉萨大学马尼拉校区、德拉萨-Professional Schools Inc.、德拉萨Saint Benilde学院、德拉萨Dasmarinas校区、德拉萨卫生科学校区、以及德拉萨Santiago Zobel 学校、德拉萨阿拉内塔大学、和德拉萨Canlubang校区。 这系统各校共同提供了一套系统给菲国年轻学子多元化的教育资源，用意在于避免全数学生单独集中在同一学区，希望为学生创造更多的空间及学习资源。
De La Salle – Araneta University 德拉萨阿拉内塔大学前身为Gregorio Araneta大学，是一间前驱的天主教私立教育机构，致力于教育和研究。现在在拉大系统中，强强结合，形成了拉大系统的管理与阿拉内塔的教育理念相接合崭新局面。学校下设农林学院、商业会计学院、教育学院、工程技术学院、兽医医药学院，提供了从大专、本科、硕士到博士课程都有。
学科介绍
具有研究生水平的理论基础和较强的研究能力，对本专业的理论现状及发展趋势有较全面的了解，完成学业后能进一步提高从事相关领域理论研究和实际管理工作能力的高级人才。一是以东方管理为主，把东西方管理思想和理论，以及理论与应用结合起来，进行综合创新研究，建立适应企业循着和超越自然历史发展要求的理论和方法。本方法的特点还体现在把制度与人格结合起来，建立新的企业家角色人格和角色人格管理的理论体系。从定量角度对企业管理的理论与实践进行研究，如企业的不对称信息理论研究等。从工商管理的特点出发，对商业企业管理的研究。为银行、证券、保险等金融部门培养高级金融管理专业人才；为政府管理部门、公司及企事业单位培养高级金融理财专业人才；为在职人员参评高级职称创造条件。
